How Much Time Will I Need to Devote To This?
Our aim is to work smart, not hard. Career success isn’t a “numbers game,” it’s about precision and service. Who attends the group coaching sessions?
For group coaching sessions we usually have a diversity of 10-20 people: different places, industries, levels, backgrounds. People rotate in and out because they get hired. However, while they’re there everybody learns from each other. It helps to hear from others on the path; you are not alone.

What if I’m already in the middle of an interview process?
Fantastic! And you don’t want to put all your eggs in one basket. There’s no better time to hit the gas than while you’re in the middle of an interview process. Show the universe you’re not messing around. If you get the job and wind up with some awesome coaching to get you started in your new position. Great. If you don’t get the job, you’ll have this program in place to back you up. You win either way.
What if I’m worried that I won’t have enough time to devote to this right now?
If things competing for your time right now are more important than you landing a job – then hold off. On the other hand, if the things competing for your time right now are NOT more important, do this. One of the things we work on in the course are BOUNDARIES. How are yours?
What if I’m worried this program won’t work for me because I have a unique situation?
Well – we’ve worked with people in a variety of circumstances: illness, visa issues, criminal history, divorce, recovery from addiction, living abroad. If you’re on a job hunt, there are few reasons NOT to do this course.
What would be a reason NOT to do this course?
